Dr Owusu is the best around. I've been under his care for a wound infection for the last couple of years. You could offer me any doctor in the country, and I would rather have him. Unfortunately, because Kaiser Permanente has declined so much in the last few years, I'm having to switch away from Kaiser to a different insurance company, but Dr Owusu is one of the bright lights in the Kaiser system in the DMV area.He has performed two surgical procedures on me to address an infected wound from a different surgeon. The most recent was just a week ago, a surgical debridement of a wound that just would not close. Just a week later, I can barely tell the surgery was even done. It's clear that they will be minimal scarring. I'm not sure if the surgery will clear the infection, but I do know that he gave me the best chance possible for that. As I said, Kaiser has declined over the years, so I have to leave his care. But I hope eventually he will be in a different system, in case I need him
