My husband saw Dr. Poole in the ER @Mercy hospital and what an amazing doctor. He explained everything thoroughly and was very kind to both my husband and myself. My husband never goes to the doctor but Dr. Poole worked very well with him and understood what he needed. I'd love if Dr. Poole was a family doctor, I'd definitely go to him but do understand he is needed in the ER. GREAT DOCTOR!
