Dr. Banks was an attentive, thorough, caring, and seriously smart doc when our son was in the nicu for 10 weeks. He listened to us, explained things to us, and was just generally there for us probably more than he needed to be. He called every day with updates and I looked forward to the call, his updates, and his insightful perspective!
