I've been working with Dr. Bossman for about a year, and I had struggled with trusting providers with my hidden mess, sharing stories and being vulnerable. Dr. Bossman has a calming charm that sets the atmosphere as a serene and safe and caring place to connect with someone who is intellectually gifted, curious about your circumstances, and emotionally intelligent. Some providers you can see clearly when they run people through the assembly line, don't care, and are there to get paid, but Dr. Bossman isn't anything like that. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and abilities and that he is a genuine person who wants what is good in the world and for his patients. He has a brilliant mind that is able to take complex emotional situations, relate them to mental health issues, connect all the pieces together with his superior wisdom, and figure out the best treatment plan that works for the patient and their needs. He will be in your corner. You feel that right away.
