Kendall is was so welcoming and pleasant during my first visit, we had pleasant conversations throughout my procedure. Dr. Capers is very professional and he took the time to explain the process moving forward and he was very patient in answering my additional questions. I felt very comfortable and not rushed. I may have her name wrong but Amaralla took the tome to correct another receptionist wrong when she called me to confirm my appt and she noticed that the other receptionist did not put any insurance information in they my system after the other receptionist called me a few days after I made my appt to let me know that the insurance could not find me in the system. Amarall even called me to verify that the insurance company located me and I was good to go for my first appt. I apologize if I have your name wrong, but you check me in when I showed up to my appointment today 30 Aug 2024.
