I went very early in the morning and was taken back promptly. I got comfortable thinking it would be a long wait, but Dr. Collins was in the room with me within 5 minutes. He listened to my concerns attentively, asked relevant questions tactfully, paid attention to my medical history, and explained his plan for my treatment thoroughly. A few days later, when my symptoms hadn't improved, I called Dr. Collins hoping for some feedback and instead got a new prescription, right over the phone. I'm confident that my condition will improve under his care, and I appreciate that he treats me like a person having a hard time and not like a nuisance.
