Dr.Fulper was responsible for the safe and enjoyable birthing of our twin daughters...(50) years ago on Sept.20th. Turns out...........these were not only OUR first set of twins......but they were also Dr.Fulper's first 'twin delivery' as well. We are forever grateful to Dr.Fulper and wish him the best of health and longevity.The Wilkinson family
