I found Dr. Furr to be knowledgeable and respectful. His staff was friendly and intelligent, particularly his nurse. Dr. Furr explained both my issues and treatment options throughly, maintaining good bedside manners, while also not sugarcoating anything. Going to a urologist for any reason can be naturally uneasy, and I found his expertise to be a comfort. He is trustworthy and I would recommend him to others seeking a urologist. Should I need another appointment, I would gladly reschedule with Dr. Furr.I showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment and waited no longer than 5 minutes to be seen by his nurse and no longer than 5 minutes waiting for him after consulting with his nurse.
