I have had an enormous improvement in my overall health. The ALF has enabled me to breathe through both sides of my nose which has improved my overall health, especially sleep. My facial symmetry has improved, which has caused my body symmetry to also improve. The ALF works well if someone sees an osteopath regularly and works to undo bad habits. Once you fix a bad habit, like improper swallow, the body responds quickly. I have been going through a process of undoing bad habits (like improper swallow), and then watching my body/face/mouth readjust for the better. I feel lucky that Dr. Bronson's practice is near my home because he is so incredibly detail oriented and knowledgeable. Dr. Bronson always takes the time to discuss things with me in great detail and I always learn something new from him. He was born to be a Doctor and takes deep interest in what he does to the point that he advances science and really heals his patients.
