Dr. Hurley is straightforward and honest. He isn't 'surgery-happy' and gave me injections until I said I wanted a replacement. He showed me my x-rays and explained how my shoulder was kind of falling apart. The surgery was fantastic. The recovery was actually painless, and I took the high-powered stuff for only two days. Of course, I hated the sling, but the final result has been wonderful.
