dr. O’Hara is an effective PCP. When he enters the room he’s very social but understands what the issues are and has good recall of prior visits. He takes thorough but directed histories and performs good physical examinations. He goes out of his way to answer as many questions as possible. He lays out the potential pathways and loves the patient to a.m. on possible directions for Care and therapy. He is efficient in setting up. Follow up lab work imaging studies and consultations has communicated well through the email system that Starling has utilized.
