I had a telephone appointment with Dr Richards 5 Feb 2021 to get going with VA Medical Center in Marion Illinois. I have heard horror stories about va hospitals, but I must admit he changed my mind about it. We went over all my health problems and medications and we talked for over an hour. I would rate him an A+++++.
