What you need to understand about MOHS surgery, is that it is time consuming but gives the most thorough and least traumatic treatment of skin cancers. If you are unlucky enough to have a cancer with deeper roots than what’s visible to the eye, your treatment may take a few times back to the surgical suite, but when you leave, you’ll be assured that Dr. DeBloom got all of the cancer you came there for him to get. The staff is the kind, professional and will answer any and all questions you may have. Dr. De Bloom is also kind and professional and did a wonderful job on the cancer I had on my face. He was able to hide the stitches in my smile line so even on the day of surgery, I could see once it’s healed, it will not leave a huge scar. One thing I really noticed about the staff, is that no one was on their cell phones. In most doctors practices I feel like I am interrupting when I have a question for this staff because they’re on their cell phone., not so in this office.
