I saw Dr. MacDonell as a second opinion after having an unpleasant experience with a first doctor who was condescending and dismissive. Dr. MacDonell (and his kind assistant) listened patiently to my somewhat complicated story, discussed my X-rays and MRI, explained clearly what was going on, and suggested a treatment plan. I so appreciated his kindness, his willingness to listen, and felt like I was treated like a person, not just a set of symptoms in an old persons body! He’s the best. Thanks so much.
