Dr. Moen is very approachable and I believe he takes pride in developing a trust between himself and the patient. Dr. Moen's approach to medicine is very refreshing as to the fact that he does not allow insurances dictate to treatment and care he provides to his patients. I really enjoy my visits to Dr Moen and that has not always been the case for me with other phyiscians.
