To use overworked terminology, WOW, AMAZING!!! 10 years ago 3 local cardiologists kept telling me that I had pulmonary hypertension and anemia and to continue my several anti-hypertensives, all not appropriate as later determined. 2.5 years of medical 'lockdown', as often when out for a walk the sudden feeling that I would collapse if I tried to keep going required regular calls to 911 or whomever could come quickly. My need for huge amounts of Beta blockers vanished. My queries to various physicians met with shrugs even when I mentioned episodes with coarse expiratory rales. , indicating fluid in the lungs. True disease will out, and 1 night I collapsed . After about 3 weeks as an in-patient, no progress only worse with various medications and exams. Somehow Dr. White was consulted and within minutes he changed my medications and within a few hours, a miracle, as I could walk a bit without help. I lost about 15 pounds of fluid and..my anemia was corrected, pneumonia treated and walks
