I had an appointment to see Dr. Rivell this morning. As I said before in my previous review, he is the best doctor! He cares about his patients. He communicates very well. He is honest and very knowledgeable! I totally trust my health and life under his care! On the other hand, some of his support staff unfortunately should not be working for him. One lady this morning who checked me in totally did not communicate my on time arrival and caused me to wait 30 plus minutes.
