I love Dr Nagel. He is a wealth of information and support. I wish that there was a way to message him occasionally rather than only his staff. I can even message my insurance covered doctors, but not him? For the amount of money you have to spend to be able to work with them, It’s not ideal that you can’t have a messaging platform to the doctor directly. I have been there for a few years and his office manager Margie, while very sweet, is a bit scattered and at times hard to get things done properly with. I don’t know if Nagel is aware of that and my opinion of the office would change if that was different. I have considered leaving a few times because of that issue.
