Never had a problem with Dr. James Stepanski. He always listened to my concerns, and I hardly ever waited long for him to see me. Scheduling can be tricky at times if you need to see him same day, but with him being a great doctor, I understand. The office staff has always been helpful, and his son Nicholas is also an excellent doctor. The people who take blood for bloodwork are very kind and do their best to not have to turn your arm into a bruised mess like some places I’ve been to, and I have to have blood work every six months. These doctors truly care about their patients, to the point of remembering not just the medical stuff, but also small details that make them more easy to talk to when you have a problem.
