Dr Simons prescribed over the phone an antibiotic for my husbands cough. It did nothing. When I called to make appointment for my husband Dr Simons refused to see him and advised going to ER. I have never heard of a doctor refusing to see a patient. So uncaring and unprofessional. Will definitely not see Dr Simons again. I will begin looking for a doctor who acts like one.
