Dr. Spears is straightforward, informative, and speaks in language that is easily understood. He gives options for treatment and give patients a say in the treatment. I would recommend him to anyone needing elbow surgery and follow up. The Physical Therapy center associated with this practice is very good as well and a special shout out to Gard as she has been great to work with.
