I’ve been a patient for years, Dr. Stille is an excellent doctor. However I haven’t had to see him for four years. When I had a flare up & needed to see him (due to family history). His scheduler Victoria was not helpful in fact she was rude, non accommodating, therefore she claimed I would have to wait til next year for an appointment. I’m sure Dr. Stille would not be happy considering the family history. Working with the public especially in the medical field, I believe you should go above & beyond to accommodate a patient in need of an appointment especially with prior family issues. Unfortunately I was able to get into another urologist but sad that I had to leave a very good doctor because of one staff member not willing to try to get me to be seen. I get that we all have bad days but when working with the public especially in healthcare, kindness & compassion in helping others should be at the forefront.
