Dr Otoole is the very best Doctor ive ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. He helped through the hardest time in my life. He made me feel cared for. He always was so kind and professional. Ill never forget the times he helped me get through. I honestly dont believe id be here this very day if it wasnt for him. If you get the chance to be his patient u are very Blessed.
