Patient Reviews
Mar 21, 2024
Dr. Worthen replaced my right knee late February 2024. I am an above knee amputee due to trauma and MRSA. Dr. Worthen and his staff took extra precautions to minimize chance of infection. I recently learned he also spent considerable time determining how to approach my surgery to effect the best outcome given my abnormal gait. Two days following surgery, my physical therapist measured my flexion at 110 degrees. Last week it was 135.I am a rock star at my physical therapy clinic because I’m doing so profoundly well. But the real rock star is Dr. Worthen.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
