Dr. Garner has been my doctor for 40 years and my husband's for about 25 years. We find him knowledgeable, caring and efficient and he always has time to talk with you and answer any questions. I truly believe there's more to the negative reviews here than the patient is telling. I note that those people didn't leave their name. The only problem for us is he's our age and I hope he will be around as long as we are!
