Dr. O'Neil is always professional and not trying to rush a surgery he is truly just trying to help your child. We have had one procedure with Dr. O'Neil and are flying back from FL to have our sons 2nd surgery. I would recommend Dr. O'Neil he has done a great job with our son's Ptosis.
