I was given permission to discuss my adult daughter’s health with Dr. Snead by her both on a telehealth appointment and in general. He went out of his way to call me and to get my perspective. I cannot tell you how touching this was as I am deeply concerned about her. He displayed respect for me, an ability to really listen, a genuine concern for her, and diligence to try to solve her problems in a comprehensive and compassionate way. How many doctors go out of their way to call a parent of an adult daughter?
