I did a consult with Dr. Murphy before going into surgery at 35 wks pregnant to remove a breast lump. She spent time walking me through the plan, and the backup plan, of how we were going to protect both my baby and me. She treated me with kindness and respect. The surgery and my recovery went perfectly. She turned a very difficult and frightening situation into something very safe and manageable. I delivered a perfectly healthy 8lb baby at 40 weeks and am now blissfully enjoying motherhood thanks in a large part to her care. I wish there were more Drs like Dr. Murphy.
