If there was a way to give Dr. Fulfer a 100 out of 5, I would certainly do it. I had a previous pre-term baby who weighed 2lb 2oz. My second pregnancy was also showing pre-term labor. Dr. Fulfer advised that I go on bed rest at Carle for 9 weeks. I entered the hospital in late June and was released around the first of September. When I was released, I came back weekly at 34 weeks gestation. My daughter was born full-term weighing 6lb 7oz. The most amazing thing though? Dr. Fulfer got OFF work by 5 pm on the date she was born. The next day she was leaving for vacation with her family. I asked her to come back to deliver my daughter, and she said she would! If that's not an amazing story, I don't know what is. THANK YOU, Dr. Fulfer, from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to save the life of my baby girl 9 years ago!!! Thank you, Carle, for employing great physicians like Dr. Fulfer, so people like me can have healthy babies.
