We went to see Dr Johnson for our baby’s tongue and lip tie. We had it previously clipped but the lip had reattached and was severely negatively affecting our baby. We were able to get appointment with Dr Johnson within a day of us calling. She and her staff were very nice and understanding of the situation and were very helpful. Dr Johnson had us nurse in a room so she could observe baby and what he was doing. She explained how the lips and jaw were supposed to look during nursing and what we needed to do to get there. She and her staff were very good with baby during the procedure and it only took about 10ish minutes for the procedure. I would HIGHLY recommend Family Smiles for moms and babies that are struggling with nursing.
