Expressing my gratitude to Dr. Jamie N. Bakkum-Gamez feels almost impossible through words alone, but I hope this review conveys my deep appreciation. Initially, my experience with previous doctors left me feeling unseen and insignificant. Their insistence on removing my non-cancerous cyst, along with other non-cancerous parts, seemed more a reflection of their limited skills than sound medical judgment.Meeting Dr. Bakkum-Gamez was transformative. From our first appointment, she demonstrated unparalleled empathy and professionalism. She read every note I sent, listened intently to my concerns, and truly understood my situation. Her patient-centered care was exemplary.Dr. Bakkum-Gamez performed a complex surgery, skillfully removing my ovarian cyst while preserving all other organs. Her expertise spared me from a devastating and unnecessary procedure that would have drastically altered my life. Her surgical precision and compassionate care are miraculous.
