I met Dr. Rizqalla a couple of months ago when my 17 month old daughter was in the ER with a 106 fever. He had a few minutes left before clocking out of work but made SURE he saw my daughter before he left and ordered a whole bunch of tests to be done. He did not want to wait for the next doctor to come in and for my daughter to have to wait. He was very compassionate and concerned.
