Dr. Forszpaniak...you are the best! Thank you for taking care of my surgery, and removing the evil lump. I was scared to death at my first appointment, I told you I was a "chicken"...lol and you keep telling me everything will be fine, I will take good care of you. You did, Im so thankful, you sure are the best in your field. So happy I found you, I love you dearly. Your staff, Maya (I love her) and Cindi....what great girls! Big Hugs!
