Dr. Illston is by far the most caring and my favorite doctor ever! She literally gave my life back to me in a few months, after complaining for years to my previous OBGYN about discomfort, UTI's and overall something not being right and it was repeatedly just passed off as re-occurring infections. Initially it took a few months to get an appointment at NAOBGYN and the waiting room time was a tad longer than I expected, but after meeting with her, I would seriously wait all day! Every appointment I have had with her, she uses all the time I need, answering my questions or explaining information until I'm 100% confident in the path of treatment. I've never felt rushed or anxious walking out of there. After knowing this, I completely respect the time I need to wait, to see her, as I know she is doing the same with her previous patients that day. So thankful I found her and honestly can't thank her enough for being my doctor!
