Dr Ferry was thorough and clearly concerned about doing the best job for my health, even for a walk-in at the Grand View Urgent Care. She looked at how I presented and came up with 2 alternative diagnoses, and wrote instructions on how to proceed when the problem resolved into one or the other. She took my concerns about not wanting unnecessary antibiotics into consideration.
