Dr Chang took care of my mother after she suffered a severe stroke. During her time at CHI Franciscan rehab, Dr Chang was essential in her recovery as she provided excellent care and was very compassionate and empathetic. We highly recommend Dr Chang to the Tacoma community And we wish she could be our primary care physician as well!
