Dr. Lai is wonderful. She listens, takes your concerns seriously, and is willing to make referrals that she deems necessary. She never makes you feel rushed and always asks follow-up questions to make sure she fully understands your condition. She is thorough and skilled. She is the main reason I have not switched from Kaiser to another insurance.
