Dr. Matthews was my OB during my (first) pregnancy between October '19 and June '20. I typically do not leave reviews, but I was looking up Dr. Matthews to see where she is practicing now. She left Hampton Roads OB/GYN recently. I saw a negative review, and I felt compelled to share that I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Matthews. She is informative and caring. Her attitude is even-keeled, which is what I prefer (not to excited, not to dry). I think Dr. Matthews is a wonderful healthcare provider. I would definitely go back to Dr. Matthews if she is still practicing. I wonder if the negative review has more to do with the healthcare system than the provider.
