Was immediately greeted on arrival at front desk- no wait time to be seen by medical assistant before seen by Dr. Gersten. Been a patient of Dr. Gersten for many years and always received excellent care; has made me feel valued; spends time with her patients, and really talks to us, ensuring our overall health and wellness.
