Complications from cataract surgery last April led me to a 2nd opinion doctor. He along with my Retina doctor who has cared for me for BRVO for many years for the same eye, both refer me to Doctor Neigel without consulting each other. Dr. Neigel removed a cyst for me on this eye a few years back. 2nd time under her care, I find her compassionate, through in her examination, spends time with you answering your questions, follows up with you even after office hours. Her years of experience and expertise enable her to explain her thinking on my condition and prospects. She and her office assistants are courteous, responsive and patient-focused. Based on my circumstances, they worked with me to expedite my biopsy procedure when a cancelation became available to ease my concern. I feel very lucky to be under her care 2nd time around. She not only identified the cause of the eye problem but also solidified the proper way to ease the the condition. Thank you Doctor Neigel.
