I first saw Dr Schmitt around 2008. I was aphasic and in a catatonic state due to depression and severe anxiety. Dr Schmitt saved my life with her compassion and belief in me. She is one of the few physicians that truly care for the mentally ill, addicted and broken. Dr Schmitt sees the ability in every patient that is struggling, broken and maybe suicidal. She worked with my therapist throughout my treatment. I am working and functioning now having the honor of seeing this humanitarian woman/physician. I would like to see Dr Schmitt again to make sure that my mental health is in check. Anne S
