Patient Reviews
Mar 30, 2021
I was referred by my internist to Dr. Janas because of impacted wax in my right eardrum. Although Dr. Jans was delayed a short time, due to an unexpected need of a prior patient, Dr. Janas extended her apology twice for the delay. Her apology I experienced as a courtesy in her personal and professional manner. Her diagnostic knowledge-skill was prompt. In 15 minutes, she observed my inner ears, explained the procedure before it was performed, and inquired twice if I felt pain during the procedure. In conclusion, I reallly appreciate the courtesy and expertise of Dr. Janas. Truly, I will return to her when needed to benefit from her knowledge-skills, enjoynher personality, and appreciate her collegial medical relationship and praise of my internist.
