I am a combat veteran that served during the Gulf War and Liberation of Kuwait. I have been a patient of Dr Rios 2016. I feel she is a God sent Angel that saved my life when I was walking into the dark tunnel of depression, guilt and anxiety related to my service. She really cares about her patients. She is an amazing human being and therefore I highly recommend Dr Rios as a very caring physician.
