All of the doctors at this practice have been great. They get you in and out with the correct diagnosis. They don't make you feel like you are wasting their time or they are in a hurry. The only problem I have is the way they bill the appointments. My two kids usually see the doctor at the same time but of course need separate visits. Which is normal practice. But when I look over the insurance EOBs, they are being billed at two different rates to make the appointment equal an hour. The EOBs vary on which kid is being billed at which rate so it's not consistent. It's annoying since this causes our out of pocket to be higher when in reality we saw the doctor for 10 minutes.
