Patient Reviews
Dec 11, 2021
I was visiting a friend in Colorado Springs and began experiencing abdominal pain. I checked into the UC Health Memorial Hospital North ER. I was given a CAT scan. Shortly after, Dr. Clay came into my room and said my appendix had ruptured and that he had to operate immediately. After surgery, he told me that my insides had been pretty messy and that he had cleaned everything out as best he could to prevent secondary infection. From surgery day - a week ago- until now, I have not experience ANY pain. I never had to take a pain pill. No infection. I feel great. Dr. Clay is an amazing and talented surgeon who saved this senior citizen from a lot of pain and suffering to say the least. Keep up the outstanding work, Doc!! You make a difference in people's lives!!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
