I thought Dr. Tilghman and his staff were incredible! They explained what had happened to my leg, and the treatment they recommended to assist with my healing. I trusted what they said, and approved the treatment. It worked as designed! The pain in the IT Band diminished, and with some additional physical therapy, it is almost completely healed. I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat!
