was in ER June 21, 2024 with severe pain under ribs. Dr Kahn ordered several tests and meanwhile treated me for the pain. I had Pancreatitis and needed possible ERCP and definite gall bladder removal. In my state it was considered too high risk to remove the gall bladder until I was stabilized. Dr. Kahn was very thorough on the diagnosis and then spent 2.5 hours working on getting me admitted to a hospital in Boston that would better be able to deal with my condition. He was as pleased as I when he got me into Tufts. I found him to be professional, skilled and kind. So glad he and the ER team at Cape Cod Hospital looked after me so well.
