Dr Kaplan is a highly competent surgeon. He takes time to explain things and will not operate on you unless you are absolutely sure and he is absolutely sure that you are a good candidate for the surgery. That confidence dispels any fears that you might have. I would highly recommend Dr Kaplan!!
