Dr. Aines was very compassionate in his care and communication. My ER visit was for a fairly 'easy' condition, but I was severely dehydrated and appreciated his concern and demeanor. It was a busy night in the ER, so I felt the minimal amount of his time that I needed was appropriate to my condition, and I felt cared for.
