He is fine as a doctor, very laid back, and he listens. The staff on the other hand, not so much. No return calls, no return messages, don’t send the referrals or let you have the info to call yourself. No communication whatsoever from staff. This will cause the doctor to lose patients unfortunately. I am looking for another PCP, not because of the doctor, but because of his staff.
